Storytime Agenda, Dates, Applications
Agenda
The festival is looking for multi-genre performance pieces that are original artistic interpretations of stories/legends/fairytales, etc. from various cultures and time periods. The stage performances may include, but are not limited to: dancing, acting, music, singing, and virtually any form of visual and performing art, that may be appropriate for different age categories.
These performance pieces will be split into two segments based on their content; the first segment geared toward audiences of all ages, the second segment - toward an audience of strictly 18 and over. Naturally, the second segment will include a more risque set of acts and stories.
Each segment in turn will consist of an interactive exhibition/showcase and a full-blown stage performance. The showcase will feature various acts and forms of art such as: fashion shows, displays of artwork, magicians, fortune-tellers, puppet shows, musical groups and choirs.
