Vendor Registration
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2008 Storytime Festival. Enclosed you will find our general vendor information and an application for you to submit to become a vendor at our festival. Once we received your application, it will be reviewed and contracts will be sent out to selected vendors. We do limit vending of similar items, so submit your application quickly.
The Storytime Festival dates and hours for 2008 are as follows: Set-up is on Saturday, December 20th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Vendors must be in place by 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 20th. Vendors are asked to participate during the hours of *3:00 p.m. to *11:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 20.
Tear down will be on Saturday, December 20th at *11:00 p.m.
Spaces are available in 10 X 10-foot increments. By participating in the Storytime Festival as a vendor you agree to pay $100.00 for the rental of a Palace of Fine Arts Lobby display space. Additional space will be sold in 10-foot increments. There will be an additional charge for tables, chairs, displays and electricity. You are required to bring your own extension cords to reach the electrical panels, cords will not be provided. Please be aware that the electrical panels may be located up to 30 feet from your space. No nails, pins or tape of any kind are allowed on the floor, walls or partitions.
No vendor will be allowed to set up unless the space has been paid in full by December 1, 2008.
Palace of Fine Arts requires a payment of 10% of gross proceeds from any sales conducted on it’s premises. A written accounting statement of all sales and payment due to the Palace of Fine Arts will be collected by Storytime Festival Staff and delivered to the Palace of Fine Arts House Manager at the end of each day sales occur.
